The home screen
Your five stocks for the week at a glance, each compared with the market. Above them, your name, your league and the day. The app’s screens are in German; number format, league names and the home market can be switched to international.
- Five stocks, equal weight
Each stock counts for a fifth. The week’s result is the average, not one lucky pick.
- Against the market
Next to every stock you see how it runs against the S&P 500 or the DAX, so you know whether your choice made a difference.
- Your league in view
At the top is the tier you currently play in, from the sidewalk to the summit.

The exchange
Your own portfolio with €10,000 in play money and real prices. You buy and sell whenever you like and see how you stand against the S&P 500.
- Three ways to unlock
1,000 learning points from the academy, two complete weekly lineups, or 3,000 trophies. Lessons take two to five minutes.
- Around 580 stocks
The same selection as in the league: large US and German companies.
- Weeks with shared rules
For example the quiet week: everyone holds until Friday. Buying is allowed, only selling ends the quiet.
The portfolio exists only inside the app. Kumpano does not broker securities or accept stakes.

Between Monday and Friday
The week is running, and the app keeps you up to date: a briefing in the morning, one question every trading day, plus forecasts on what moves the market.
- Daily briefing
Your stocks, what happened overnight and the biggest moves before the open.
- Bull or bear
Every trading day one stock and one question: up or down today? After the close you see who was right.
- Forecasts
ECB rate decision, Fed meeting: you call bull or bear and then see how everyone else voted. Settled forecasts count towards your record.

Ten leagues, from the sidewalk to the summit.
Good weeks earn trophies that move you up. Every league is its own place in the app.

Why Kumpano exists
people in Germany aged 14 to 39 own stocks, equity funds or ETFs. This group accounted for over 60 percent of the growth in 2025.

of 14- to 24-year-olds in Germany say they learned little or almost nothing about economics and finance at school.

Interest in stocks is growing, but getting started is still hard for many. A brokerage account requires your own money, and learning tools are mostly used alone. Kumpano combines a fixed weekly rhythm with friendly competition.
